OUR STORY: Elite Motorsports was founded by Sal Valenti out of his garage. Early 2010 Sal & Kai joined forces and have brought Elite Motorsports to where it currently stands together starting out at a 1000 sq. foot one bay shop to our current location. In 2015 they launched Elite Motor Group our pre-owned car dealership. Check us out you won't be disappointed.

Sal Valenti – President
Sal has been in the Audi world for 18+ years being a master guild technician at the dealer for all of his career. While working Sal began Elite Motorsports out of his garage in 2005 as a side business. After normal work hours, he would wrench into the night with personal clients in the comfort of his shop. Sal has every certification there is available from Audi and other various firms and has extensive skills in numerous aspects whether it be in the office or the shop.
Kai Kiryaman – Vice President
Sal & Kai joined forces in early 2010 and have brought Elite Motorsports to where it currently stands together. Kai has a technical background in engineering/mathematics & statistics from Stony Brook University. Having worked for Parker Hannifin as a mechanical engineer prior to this en devour which when combined with Sal’s experience together they're unstoppable. Kai has always had a passion for automobiles since a young age and has found to further that passion through the business. “I do not see what I do as work, not many people can say that.”
Joe Noonan – Shop Foreman/Technician
Joe joined us in late 2015 from another independent shop. He has a lot of experience in all types of makes/models of cars and has gotten up-to our pace very quickly and is a key member of our team. Joe runs the shop on a day to day basis as well as being our lead technician.
Erson Zuna – Technician
Erson joined us in late 2024 from just graduating tech school. We look forward to growing together.
Joe Miranda - Service Manager
Joe joined us in November of 2021. Having many years experience at other shops and the dealer he is a great addition to our team. Joe is usually the first person you'll see when you come in with your vehicle!
